To enhance employees’ proficiency in official document writing and practical skills, and to strengthen internal management fundamentals, the Commercial Transportation Department of Jisteel Supply Chain Company organized a specialized training session on official document standards and settlement procedures for all staff on the afternoon of May 15.

The training adopts a “theory-plus-case study” approach, focusing on the standards for drafting and formatting electronic official documents. It provides a systematic overview of document‑formatting requirements, including font styles and sizes, hierarchical numbering, and title layout. Drawing on past examples, the session analyzes and corrects common issues in daily practice—such as the inappropriate mixing of document types and imprecise wording—thereby reinforcing all participants’ awareness of standardized office procedures and promoting more standardized, efficient document‑processing practices.

During the training, the head of the Settlement Team in the Commercial Operations Department conducted a hands-on demonstration of the settlement process within the operations management system, explained key metrics such as revenue, costs, and provisional estimates, and clarified critical procedures including ledger completion, voucher uploading, and currency‑specific settlement notes. Through on‑site Q&A sessions, the training effectively addressed common challenges encountered in daily operations, helping participants master the relevant business skills.
