To align the thinking and consensus of all cadres and employees, stimulate the team’s intrinsic motivation, and forge a united force for work and entrepreneurship, recently, Supply chain company The company organized a specialized training program for all on‑the‑job employees to enhance their thinking skills and strengthen team cohesion. Grounded in the broader context of the company’s business strategy, this initiative focuses on cultivating a high‑caliber, professional, and multidisciplinary supply chain workforce. By combining theoretical instruction with hands‑on, site‑based practical training, the program aims to comprehensively upgrade participants’ mindset, capabilities, work style, and collaborative effectiveness, thereby laying a solid talent foundation and organizational support for the company’s high‑quality development.

The training employs a diversified teaching approach, balancing theoretical depth with practical effectiveness. It integrates four formats—thematic lectures, case analysis, hands-on workshops, and interactive discussions—to directly address the challenges and bottlenecks encountered in daily work. This enables employees to clarify their working strategies, strengthen their professional competencies, and apply what they have learned in real-world settings. In particular, the outdoor base‑based practical training sessions are packed with valuable content, featuring activities such as icebreaker team‑building exercises, No excuses. Five major team-building activities: Dragon Water Retrieval, Supersonic Squad, and Team Win-Win.

The activities were carefully structured in a progressive sequence: ice-breaking exercises helped dissolve departmental silos and fostered closer team bonds; specialized training on execution encouraged employees to shed a culture of buck-passing and embrace accountability; and team‑collaboration projects put division of labor, coordination, and information‑sharing to the test, enabling all participants to gain a deep understanding of the supply chain’s tightly interconnected and inseparable operational dynamics.

Meanwhile, this training program incorporates digital empowerment by offering a specialized course titled “AI-Driven Holistic Thinking: Enhancing Team Communication and Collaboration.” Centered on six core mindsets, the course aims to help all participants align on shared objectives, proactively anticipate challenges, share risks, clarify responsibilities, leverage data-driven insights, and pursue continuous improvement—thereby firmly establishing a work ethos of unified strategic vision and cohesive teamwork.

This training session successfully achieved its intended outcomes, effectively resolving internal coordination bottlenecks and aligning all employees around a shared vision of high-quality development. Moving forward, we will guide all staff in translating the insights gained from the training into tangible results in their roles, embracing more innovative thinking, a more pragmatic work style, and closer collaboration to advance all aspects of supply chain operations, thereby driving continuous improvements in performance and ensuring steady progress.
