In June, in line with the requirements of Safety Production Month, the company centered its activities around the theme “Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond to Emergencies—Identifying and Rectifying Risks and Hazards.” It analyzed the current policy landscape for workplace safety, outlined key priorities for Safety Production Month, and reinforced the implementation of enterprises’ primary responsibility for safe production. The company organized a series of initiatives, including safety oaths, themed signature campaigns, and an exhibition of calligraphy and paintings on safety topics, while also posting prominent safety slogans throughout the industrial park to foster a strong safety culture.
Taking the three-year campaign to address root causes and tackle tough challenges as the main thread, prioritizing the identification and rectification of risks and hidden dangers, and using the reinforcement of safety responsibility implementation as a key leverage, we will rigorously enforce the principles of “dual responsibility for each post” and “joint responsibility of Party and government.” Three Controls, Three Musts “Strengthen safety responsibilities, enhance grassroots safety infrastructure and on-site safe and civilized production, and thoroughly review key elements and traceability issues related to the enterprise-wide safety production responsibility system, safety production rules and regulations, operating procedures, and safety education and training. For identified problems and potential hazards, implement list-based management, conduct root-cause analysis, ensure accountability in implementation, draw broader lessons from individual cases, and rigorously carry out corrective measures.”
