At the start of the meeting, the head of the company’s Youth League Committee organized members to collectively study the “Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of the Communist Youth League of China (Trial Implementation),” helping members become familiar with and master their duties and codes of conduct. This ensures that members not only learn the regulations but also understand, recognize, and abide by them, truly internalizing these regulations and strengthening the youth’s defensive barriers.
The young members attending the meeting took turns to speak, reporting on their personal study of and compliance with the League’s rules and regulations, summarizing their work achievements for 2024, identifying existing shortcomings, and outlining directions for future efforts. Everyone actively engaged in both self-criticism and mutual criticism, boldly confronting problems and conducting thorough analyses. They shared openly about the challenges encountered in their work and exchanged valuable experiences. As ideas clashed and interacted, the cohesion of the League organization continued to strengthen. Following this, the meeting proceeded with a democratic evaluation. This evaluation adopted a combined approach of self-assessment by individuals, peer assessment among members, and organizational evaluation. Each member approached the evaluation seriously and objectively, based on factual observations, and the results of the League member education evaluation were determined according to the voting outcomes from the democratic evaluation form.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the participating leaders delivered remarks commenting on the event. While acknowledging the achievements made so far, they expressed higher expectations and greater demands for the League members’ future work. They emphasized: As Communist Youth League members and young employees, you must cultivate a correct outlook on life, values, and worldview. You must earnestly strengthen your sense of responsibility, awareness of the bigger picture, and spirit of taking ownership. In your work, don’t hesitate or be timid—actively “go out” and engage with the world. Only by going out can you truly grasp customer needs and rapidly enhance your professional capabilities. We hope that all the League members present will soon grow from fresh recruits into the backbone of our company.
Next, the Youth League Committee of the supply chain company will continue to uphold the principle of strict governance of the League, constantly strengthen its own development, closely connect with and serve its members, and guide them to fully play their role as a dynamic and vital force, thereby injecting a continuous stream of youthful energy into the company’s high-quality development.
