Boxes of coke cargo were loaded and set sail from here, and were about to sail out of the country for overseas sales. "This is my fifth visit to Rizhao Port in a month. Today I have to continue to supervise the transshipment of goods all night, but fortunately, this coke export business is about to be successfully completed." September is the closing month of the third quarter and a key month for completing the annual task goals. Faced with the complex and ever-changing market situation, Jigang Supply Chain took the spirit of the 3rd 21st Staff Congress of Jigang Group and the 2024 First Half Economic Operation Analysis Meeting as the starting point to concentrate on expanding the market and increasing efficiency. Recently, a coke export contract of 80,000 tons was signed with Dubai customers, with a cumulative contract value of nearly 200 million yuan.

Through preliminary market research and risk assessment, Jigang Supply Chain found that there was a large demand for coke in the international market, and quickly organized relevant business personnel to set up a special group for coke export business. Adhering to the sales-based procurement model, we have conducted field visits and visits to Shanxi factories and ports from Jinan many times, and signed purchase contracts after multiple rounds of price negotiations; business personnel accompanied foreign customers to visit factories in depth, closely monitored the entire process of coke production, and ensured that the coke shipped from the factory met the contract requirements, fulfilled their responsibilities, and injected a booster for customers with meticulous and thoughtful services; after the coke was transported to the port for screening, CCIC testing was carried out on the port coke in a timely manner, and multiple pre-inspections were carried out to ensure that each link was rigorous, meticulous and perfect; after the goods were ready, business personnel worked overtime and stayed at their posts during the Mid-Autumn Festival, strengthening supervision at all links from chartering and booking to customs declaration and loading, and making every effort to ensure that the coke cargo arrived safely and on time at the designated port of the customer.
