According to statistics, the Jigang Supply Chain has achieved a total profit of 14.85 million yuan in the first quarter, completing 110% of the quarterly plan, and doubling the profit of international trade in the first quarter of 2023 (import and export turnover income of 717 million yuan, an increase of 54% year-on-year), and handed in a brilliant answer sheet to the group company with an unusual first quarter.

2024 is a key year for the group company to deeply implement quality changes and deepen the high-quality development of international business. The Jigang Supply Chain seizes the opportunity and comprehensively promotes the development strategy driven by international business. Faced with the unfavorable situation that the homogeneous coating and plating products of Vietnam, India and other countries are sold at low prices in the increasingly fierce international market, and continue to squeeze the target market share, the Jigang Supply Chain gives full play to the "leading" driving role of import and export business and the bridgehead role of overseas companies and overseas offices to promote the accelerated extension of the industrial chain overseas.

The export trade team of the Jigang Supply Chain did not wait or rely on others, but worked hard to tackle the difficulties. It focused on developing markets such as Africa, South America, and Russia, tapped the potential, and took galvanized corrugated sheets, galvanized coils, color-coated steel coils, color-coated aluminum coils and other coated products as breakthroughs. It actively explored trade forms suitable for the local market, conducted in-depth research on the trade status of the local market, made targeted analysis according to customer requirements, integrated existing resources, connected with upstream suppliers, and found relevant product specifications suitable for the local area. The coated steel market was fully opened. In the first quarter, the order volume was 121,300 tons, the contract value was 604 million yuan, and the export business volume of coated steel continued to increase. The efforts to develop new products were accelerated. In the first quarter, a contract of 44.92 million yuan for imported feed business was signed. The adjustment of foreign trade product structure was accelerated. In the first quarter, the application for the second-hand car export business qualification was successfully approved, laying a solid foundation for subsequent involvement in new business areas.

Actively promote the coordinated development with other brother units. The Jigang Supply Chain and Saab Automobile jointly carried out the export business of engineering machinery. In the first quarter, a total of 33,851 sets of engineering and agricultural machinery equipment were exported, with a contract value of 193 million yuan. The business volume increased significantly year-on-year, and at the same time, it promoted the production and export of Zhongdian Technology products. Accelerate the development of the imported energy market, and cooperate with Jigang Gas to import 4.6 tons of liquid helium from Russia and successfully completed the purchase and delivery, and achieved a breakthrough in the import of strategic resource products. The Russian Office took advantage of the synergy and organized and coordinated the implementation of the group company's projects in Russia, such as the hot-dip galvanized parts production line and thick plate production line design project of Jigang International Engineering, and the laboratory project of the Metallurgical Research Institute was progressing smoothly. Give full play to the role of overseas companies as a trading platform, carry out business collaboration between domestic and foreign departments, and sign 62.21 million yuan of re-export business contracts in the first quarter, creating 920,000 yuan of synergy.
